Agricamping rules
We want your holiday to be pleasant and comfortable and we want to explain some rules to ensure there are no unexpected issues.
Entrance to Cugno di Mendola involves accepting a specific set of rules, which may be supplemented by additional provisions that management may decide to implement for the better operation of the facility.
The reception staff will always be happy to assist you with any information or questions you may have.
The languages spoken by our staff are Italian and English..

Check-in and check-out
The reception is open from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
At your- check-in you will need to present a valid ID upon check-in. The internal regulations will be provided, and the pitch will be assigned by the staff. Guests must declare the number of people staying, the exact length of their stay, and acknowledge the internal regulations.
At your - check-out pitches must be left in the same condition as they were found; otherwise, an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and reimbursement of any damages. The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. After this time, an extra day will be charged. Guests planning to leave before the reception opens can make their payment the evening before.
Equipment use
The use of equipment, including the swimming pool and green areas, is free of charge. The Agricamping assumes no responsibility for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseeable events.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any theft or damage.
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Throwing waste outside the designated bins.
- Washing dishes or washing yourself at the pitch water fountains is not allowed.
- Fires in the campsite is prohibited.
- Digging holes in the ground, etc., is prohibited.
- Hanging sheets, ropes, or erecting fences at human height is prohibited.
- Damaging the grass or trees of the Agricamping in any way is prohibited.
- The use of irons, electric stoves, and refrigerators with heating elements is prohibited, as the free electricity provided is intended solely for lighting.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed unless expressly authorized by management. Any visitors must check in at the reception, present a valid ID, pay the daily fee according to the current rate, and leave the site by 9:00 PM. Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or remove campers who are unwanted, exceed the allowed number, or fail to respect the internal rules.
Movement
and Cleaning Services
Orario del silenzio dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 15.00 e dalle ore 24.00 alle ore 7.00. Se non autorizzati dalla direzione, non è possibile circolare con auto o altri veicoli a motore durante tali orari. Gli ospiti sono tenuti a parcheggiare la propria auto negli appositi parcheggi. Al di fuori di tale orario le auto possono circolare all’ interno del Agricamping solamente a passo d’uomo. Le partenze sono ammesse a partire dalle ore 07.30.
The bathroom cleaning staff will place a sign indicating the area that is off-limits during cleaning. Guests are kindly asked to respect this restriction. Campers are requested to use the facilities properly and responsibly.
Free services
The free services available are: showers, 6A electrical hookup, camper service, and swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Entrance and use are free for Agricamping guests. Showering and disinfecting before entering the pool, as well as wearing a swim cap, are mandatory.
Guests are kindly asked to behave appropriately (diving, loud noises, and the use of radios or other noise-making devices that may disturb other guests are prohibited).
Otherwise, the security staff reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with these rules.
Important: children must always be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool.
Medical service: in case of need, only first aid supplies are available within Agricamping Cugno di Mendola. For any illness or injury, guests are kindly asked to contact emergency services at 118 or the medical guard at tel. 000 000000.
